Maegan Heil lives in southwest Michigan where she works as a carpenter with her husband, Sean. They’ve been swinging hammers side-by-side for seven years now and haven’t killed each other yet. Maegan enjoys carpentry but hopes that one day the majority of her hammering will take place on her computer keyboard where she’ll be building new horror stories. Maegan is the proud mother of one cat, two parakeets, and dozens of fictional characters. All of them wake her up extra early and keep her up extra late demanding that she write.
